Arawana works together with Otto Scharmer using her work to support the capacity building around applying his "Theory U". Otto Scharmer developed it as a model for organizational and social change. This process leads into a field and a state, out of which “something new may evolve into the world”. With her movement choreographies Arawana supports to get into this state of “Presencing”.

We invite you warmly to the second workshop with Arawana, in which we want to go on investigating together with her the relationship of body, movepresencing Theory U and constellation work in an experimental way.
